Empty yesterday, and today changes
Changes many people have experienced through Maum Meditation, organized by the concerns they came with.
What are the benefits of Maum Meditation?
Maum Meditation works by emptying the memories, thoughts and emotions stored in the mind. Participants commonly report less mental clutter and stress, better emotional balance, better sleep, renewed self-confidence, easier relationships and a renewed sense of meaning in life. The degree and pace of change differ from person to person.
How to quiet a busy mind
The more you suppress racing thoughts, the bigger they grow. When you look back on and discard the memories at the root of those thoughts, your mind naturally grows quiet.
Recovering from burnout
Once you set down the pressure to “do better” and the fatigue that has piled up, you regain the strength to get back up and the energy to live.
Easing insomnia
By emptying the worries that wouldn’t stop even in bed, it helps you get back to nights of restful sleep.
Overcoming anxiety
Understand and let go of the experiences and thoughts behind vague anxiety, and find peace of mind.
Building self-confidence
Empty the habit of comparing yourself with others and putting yourself down, and you come to accept yourself as you are.
Hurts & trauma
Looking back layer by layer on painful memories you have held for a long time, you gain the strength to live today instead of staying in the past.
Making relationships easier
When you notice the standards you use to judge others, conflict decreases and your understanding grows.
Becoming a better parent & partner
Empty the belief that only your way is right, and the way opens to understanding your children and spouse as they are.
The secret to habits that stick
Look back on and empty the mind behind resolutions that fade in three days, and build the strength to keep up the habits you want.
When will I start to feel the effects?
Many people feel their mind grow lighter after just one One-Day Class. But because long-accumulated thoughts and habits need to be emptied through steady reflection, we recommend practicing continuously for a set period, such as the 30-day or 90-day course.
Can meditation replace treatment?
Maum Meditation is a method of self-reflection for looking back on and emptying the mind; it is not medical treatment. If you are being treated for insomnia, depression, panic or similar conditions, we recommend continuing your medical care alongside meditation.
