Programs & fees
Where should I start if I’m new?
We recommend starting with the free 30-minute visit consultation or the 90-minute Life Review One-Day Class. After that you can continue with the 30-Day Self-Reflection and 90-Day Habit Change programs.
How much is the One-Day Class?
The Life Review One-Day Class is 90 minutes and costs 50,000 KRW. The visit consultation is 30 minutes and free. (Prices may change, so please confirm when booking.)

It depends on the course and your personal schedule, so we explain the details during your consultation.
How often do I need to come to the center?
We can adjust to your schedule. Change is easier to feel the more consistently you practice, so we decide on a suitable visit frequency together during your consultation.
The meditation method
Is it okay if I have never meditated before?
Yes. We guide you one-on-one from the very beginning, so anyone can start without experience.
Is Maum Meditation related to a religion?
Maum Meditation is not tied to any religion. Anyone can take part, whether or not they are religious.
How is subtraction meditation different from other meditation?
Unlike meditation that focuses on the breath or an object, it works by looking back on and discarding the memories, thoughts and emotions accumulated over your life. For details, see What is Maum Meditation.
From what age can I join?
People of all ages take part, from teenagers to seniors. Minors should come for a consultation with a parent or guardian.
Can it help with insomnia or low mood?
Many participants have experienced their mind becoming calmer, but meditation is not medical treatment. If you are receiving treatment, we recommend continuing it alongside meditation.
